What you will need to make it
BIG PENGUIN
- 3.5 mm crochet hook
- 4.5 mm crochet hook
- chenille yarn (100g/120 m; super thick (6) yarn)
- gray
- white
- black
- cotton yarn (50 g/75 m; medium thickness/ aran (4) yarn)
- black embroidery thread or thread for embroidering the face
- filler
The large penguin I made was made with Himalaya Baby Dolphin and Scheepjes Cahlista yarn, so it was 30 cm in size.
LITTLE PENGUIN
- 2 mm crochet hook
- 3 mm crochet hook
- cotton yarn (50 g / 125 m; thin (2) yarn); colors used*
- gray
- white
- black
- black yarn or embroidery thread to embroider the face
- filler
The little penguin I made was made with Kartopu Organica yarn, so its size was 15 cm.
The medium-sized penguin in the pictures is made of Drops Paris (3.5 mm crochet hook) and Schachenmayr Catania (2.5 mm crochet hook) yarns, so its size is 20 cm.
