The Idea of the Thought Dragon From psychologist Krisztina Barcsabout which the I read in the book Your Soul that this is how it works.. I really liked the expression and the thought, because it is very apt. As the author writes in his book: "thought dragons make us sad or angry completely unnecessarily, and what's worst: they're not even right!" You can find the types of thought dragons – if I may say so – in the referenced book. The book's illustrator is Zsuzsi László.

I adapted the idea a bit for myself, so in this case I'm presenting my own thought dragon to you. The dragon has three heads (as Game of Thrones fans know), and each has a (nasty) name: Fear, Anxiety, and Lack of Confidence. As the saying goes, know your enemies! I believe that if you deal with your inner being, recognize your dragons, it is much easier to fight them. And if you do have problems, you know that Jojo, the caring monster devour it at any time for your pleasure, or call Sabie/Szabolcsot (my poor guy/prince model) and he will easily cut off the evildoer's head!

So here's your chance to face your dragons! They may seem scary and invincible at first, but believe me, everyone has dragons and they may even be tamable. I hope that by getting to know them, you can somehow put these thoughts in their place, and they will make you less sad and angry in the future. I hope that this figure will also contribute to making it easier to accept these bad feelings and that you will be able to replace negative thoughts with positive ones!

What you will need to make it:
