I started planning the Lambs patterns already in April 2022, but my pregnancy interfered with this process. Unfortunately, in the first 4 months I could not only plan, but I couldn't even crochet because I was sick, so I picked up a needle and finished the patterns only later, in September of this year. The lamb snooze scarf was the first to be ready, and after testing the sample, the sample could be published in October 2022, and then the plush version was also available, which was published in November 2022.
The lambs were inspired primarily by spring and Easter. A common memory with my family is when one year we got a lamb for Easter, whom we loved very much. Of course, it ended up in the freezer, as our (edible) pets tend to do, but our lamb left a deep memory in all of us. When we got the Easter lamb, I was a 3-year-old girl, and that spring I sang a lot to our lamb, it was my daily schedule to visit him in the garden. In addition, a video recording is being made of this Easter, which was still a novelty at the time. The video shows us caressing the lamb, and then the unfortunate animal was so scared that it knocked over the "bunny basket", which had already collected goodies hidden by the Easter bunny in our yard. Whenever we watched the video back, the biggest drama was always when the basket was tipped over by the bari. Many times I even covered my eyes to see if the story would end differently, but obviously the basket was overturned again and again. As an older child or adult, I already smile at the story and relive that Easter day.
